How the calendar works
Why a date search is different here
A rental is not a stock number. Each garment has its own calendar, and a booking removes a whole window from it.
Before your rental
1 day for steaming and QC — 2 days if we deliver.
Your rental
The days the piece is with you, from collection to the return deadline.
After
1 return day, 1 inspection day and 2 cleaning days.
If damaged
A further 3 days for repair, added the moment inspection flags it.
Total turnaround between renters: 4 days clean, 7 days when a repair is needed. That is why a garment free on the 10th may not be free on the 12th.
