Booking
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 7–14 days before your event to secure availability, and yes — you can reserve months in advance. Gowns for debut and wedding season are usually taken six to eight weeks out. The availability calendar on every product page is live — if a date is green, it is genuinely yours.
When is my reservation confirmed?
On payment. A piece stays available to other customers until your payment has been successfully processed — completing payment is what locks it to your dates.
Can I book more than one piece?
Yes — book each piece separately so each keeps its own rental number, dates and QR code. Message us if you want them delivered together and we will merge the delivery fee.
What if the piece I want is taken on my date?
Save it to your account and we will tell you if it frees up. Meanwhile the date search shows everything that is genuinely free for your event.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, subject to availability — request it at least 24 hours before your return date. Extensions are charged at the normal rate, which is always cheaper than the late fee.
Fit
What if the piece doesn’t fit when it arrives?
Tell us within 24 hours of receipt, don’t wear it, and return it immediately — if an alternative size is available we arrange an exchange. Delivery fees stay non-refundable. See the fit guarantee.
How do I get the size right before booking?
Every listing carries exact garment measurements per size plus the model’s own measurements — give us your bust, waist, hips and height and our styling team will recommend a size. You can also book a free fitting at the studio, and we alter within your rental period at no charge.
Do you alter pieces?
Yes, free, by our own tailor. Hems, waists and straps are routine. Everything is reversed before the next rental — which is also why you must never alter a piece yourself.
I am between sizes. Which do I take?
Size up. We can take a garment in; we cannot let out fabric that is not there. See the size guide.
Care and returns
Do I need to have it cleaned?
Never. Professional cleaning is included, and home laundering is the most common cause of damage charges we see.
What if I spill something?
Message us immediately and do not treat it yourself. Untreated marks are far cheaper to remove than rubbed or heated ones — early notice routinely halves the charge.
Why is the piece unavailable right after my rental?
Because it goes through 4 days of return, inspection and cleaning before anyone else can wear it — 7 if it needs a repair.
Money
What is the security deposit for?
Damage and late returns, nothing else. It is held, not spent, and released within 1–5 business days of return, inspection and damage assessment. See the deposit policy.
How can I pay?
GCash, Maya, credit or debit card, bank transfer or InstaPay, or a secure payment link we send by email and Viber.
Do you have promo codes?
First-time renters get 10% off with FIRSTRENTAL10. There are also birthday, referral, weekend and long-rental rates — enter a code at checkout and we will tell you if it applies.
Where do you deliver, and who pays for shipping?
We deliver across Metro Manila and to Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna — ₱350 in Metro Manila, free on rentals over ₱1,500. Delivery, pickup and return shipping are the renter’s responsibility unless a promotion says otherwise. Outside the coverage area, message us before booking.
Can I buy a piece I rented?
Selected pieces may be available for purchase — if you have fallen for one, message the studio with the unit code on your booking and we will tell you.
