Renting, start to finish
Six steps for you. Rather more for us — here is exactly what happens to a garment between your booking and your event.
1 · Browse and choose
Browse by occasion, size or colour — or start from your event date and see only what can genuinely be ready. Availability here is never a stock number. Every physical garment carries its own calendar, and a booking removes a whole window from it.
2 · Select your rental dates
Rentals come in 4, 7 or 10 days. We recommend booking 7–14 days before your event to secure availability — though the calendar happily takes reservations months ahead.
3 · Reserve and pay — that is what confirms it
A piece stays available to other customers until your payment clears. Complete payment online and the reservation is confirmed, one specific garment is locked to your dates, and your digital rental agreement is recorded and emailed to you.
When you book, you are not reserving a style — you are reserving one physical piece, identified by a unit code like GOWN-004-M-CHAMPAGNE. That piece is yours, and no one else can hold it for those dates.

That is 4 days of turnaround after every rental, or 7 when a repair is needed. It is why a gown free on the 10th may not be free on the 12th — and why we can promise that anything shown as available truly is.
4 · Receive your order
Pick up at the Makati studio in a two-hour slot, or have the piece delivered — see the coverage area — for ₱350, free on rentals over ₱1,500. It arrives professionally cleaned, inspected and ready to wear.
Bring a valid ID and your booking QR code at pickup; for deliveries, our rider photographs the piece with you at handover. Please inspect your item within 24 hours and tell us immediately about any concern — fit included, under the fit guarantee.
5 · Enjoy your event
Wear it. Make memories. No washing, dry-cleaning or steaming required — or allowed. If anything happens on the night, message us straight away; early notice routinely halves a charge.
6 · Return, and that is it
Send it back as it is, by the agreed return date and method. We scan your QR code, inspect the piece against its dispatch photos, take care of the cleaning, and release your deposit within 1–5 business days of a clean return.
What it costs
- Rental fee — from ₱780 to ₱3,400 for hand-beaded gowns, for a 4-day rental.
- Security deposit — refundable, held for the rental period, released after inspection.
- Delivery — ₱350, or free over ₱1,500.
- Cleaning — always included.
- Alterations — always included, done by our own tailor.
