Cleaning

Cleaning is ours, not yours

Return the piece exactly as it comes off you. Home laundering is the single most common cause of damage charges we see.

Included in every rental

Professional cleaning is built into the rental fee. Return the piece as is — no washing, dry-cleaning, steaming, ironing or stain-removal attempts needed, or wanted. There is no discount for returning a piece “already cleaned” — in fact that usually costs more to put right.

Extraordinary cleaning

Ordinary wear is covered. A surcharge of ₱300₱2,000, depending on the treatment required, applies when a piece comes back needing more than the standard process:

  • Heavy staining or mud
  • Food spills
  • Smoke odour
  • Pet hair
  • Excessive perfume

What happens after you return it

  1. Return day (1). The piece is scanned in and quarantined from the available rail.
  2. Inspection (1 day). Compared against the dispatch photographs; accessories counted; seams, hems, zips and beadwork checked.
  3. Cleaning (2 days). Specialist treatment by fabric: solvent dry-cleaning for satin and crêpe, hand-finishing for beaded and piña pieces, cool wash and line dry for linen.
  4. Press and re-photograph. The piece goes back on the rail with a fresh condition photograph attached to its history.

Please do not

  • Machine or hand wash anything, including linen and knit
  • Iron or steam directly — especially beading, sequins and piña
  • Use stain removers, bleach, baby wipes or soda water on a mark
  • Hang a damp garment in a sealed bag

Damage caused by any of the above is charged as damage, because restoration costs far more than the cleaning would have.

Every piece has a cleaning record

Each physical garment carries its full history: every rental, inspection, cleaning and repair, with photographs and dates. Ask us for it at any time — including before you book.
