1. Who we are

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for bookings made through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

3. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when payment clears and a rental number is issued. Until then the piece is held as pending and may be released. Prices, deposits and availability shown on the site are those in force at the time of booking, and are recorded in your rental agreement.

4. What you agree to when you rent

By placing an order and completing payment, you agree that:

• All information you provide — address, contact details, measurements — is accurate.
• You are responsible for the item the whole time it is in your possession, including loss and theft.
• Items must be returned by the agreed return date; late fees apply for overdue returns.
• Delivery, pickup and return shipping costs are shouldered by the renter unless a promotion states otherwise.
• Repair, extraordinary-cleaning, replacement or loss fees may apply where necessary, per the policies in force at booking.
• Permanent alterations to any garment are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or modify policies when necessary — bookings already placed keep the terms recorded in their own rental agreement.
• Completing payment is your acknowledgement of all rental policies linked in the footer.

5. Pricing errors

Where a price is shown in obvious error, we may cancel the affected booking and refund it in full rather than honour the error. We will tell you before doing so.

6. Content

Photographs, descriptions and measurements on this site belong to us or to our designers, and may not be reproduced commercially. Reviews and photographs you submit may be shown on the product page; you keep ownership and may ask us to remove them at any time.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, attempt to access another customer’s bookings, or place bookings you do not intend to honour. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Liability

We take care that availability, measurements and prices are accurate. Where an error means we cannot fulfil a booking, our liability is limited to a full refund of what you paid, including the delivery fee. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the courts of Makati City.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Bookings already placed remain governed by the terms recorded in their own rental agreement, which never changes after the fact.
